Refunds
All sales are final. Lake City Playhouse will attempt to provide adequate warnings regarding adult content; however, it will not refund tickets based on dislike of content or audience interpretation. Refunds are not awarded for late arrivals or missed productions.
Exchanges
Exchanges may only be made between dates within the same show- Tickets cannot be exchanged from one show to another. Tickets must be returned before any exchange can be made. Exchanges must be made PRIOR to the original show date – NO exchanges the day of or after a ticket’s show date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to other patrons, LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE SEATED IN THEIR TICKETED SEATS once the play has begun. Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager. Additionally, late arrivals may be asked to delay their entrance until a suitable moment within the production.
Children
Children under five years of age (including babes-in-arms) will not be admitted to the performance. Parents/guardians are encouraged to fully research all productions prior to attending a performance with young children.
Cell Phones / Electronic Devices
Cellphones and other electronic devices that emit noises as well as illuminate within the audience are not authorized for use within auditorium. Individuals not respectful of this policy may be asked to leave the theater without refund.
Video and Photography
Photography, sound recordings, and video recordings are prohibited during performances. Individuals not respectful of this policy may be asked to leave the theater without refund.
Parking
The parking lot is reserved for staff and volunteers of the theater. Free curbside parking is available for patrons.
Accommodations for Patrons with Disabilities
Venues is accessible to patrons using wheelchairs. When you purchase your ticket, please inform the box office that you require wheelchair seating.
Smoking
Lake City Playhouse is a smoke-free establishment.
Food and Drink
Outside food/drink is not allowed within the facility.
